Welcome to Boundless Escapes. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any travel services with us. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Boundless Escapes.
• “Client”, “you”, “your” refers to the person booking or participating in any tour or travel arrangement.
• “Services” means the travel planning, tour packages, and booking services provided by Boundless Escapes.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made with a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit as specified at the time of booking.
• Full payment is required [e.g., 30 days] before departure. Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
• Bookings are confirmed only when written confirmation is issued by Boundless Escapes.

3. Pricing

• Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, airline fare changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Once full payment is received, the price is locked unless changes are made to the itinerary at your request.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• By the client:

• If you need to cancel your trip, you must submit a cancellation request in written form. The cancellation fee will be calculated from the date we receive your written notice.

Cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

• 45 to 31 days before the trip start date: 30% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 30 to 15 days before the trip start date: 50% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Within 14 days before the trip start date: 100% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Additionally: Any service charges paid on your behalf (which may include bank or payment platform fees, airline, hotel, or company charges) will be deducted from any refundable amount.

• By Boundless Escapes:
• We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Changes and Amendments

• Changes to your booking must be made in writing and may incur additional charges.
• While we endeavor to accommodate requests, not all changes can be guaranteed.

6. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. It is your responsibility to ensure you are adequately covered for cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other travel risks.

7. Health and Safety

• You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit to participate in the tour.
• It is your duty to comply with local laws and follow health and safety advice issued by Boundless Escapes or local authorities.

8. Passport, Visa, and Documentation

• You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and other necessary travel documents.
• Boundless Escapes will not be liable for any losses or delays resulting from improper or incomplete documentation.

9. Liability

• Boundless Escapes acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by such suppliers.
• We are not responsible for force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or flight cancellations.

10. Conduct and Behavior

• We reserve the right to remove any traveler who causes disruption, harm, or distress to others, with no refund provided.
• You are expected to act respectfully toward local customs, fellow travelers, and the Boundless Escapes team.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including itineraries, images, and written content, is the property of Boundless Escapes and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Acceptance of Terms
