Browse our website or speak with our advisor to select your preferred destination, itinerary, and travel dates. We offer:

Step 2: Submit a Booking Request
You can book via email or by contacting us directly.

- Full name (as on passport)
- Desired package/tour name
- Travel dates
- Number of travelers
- Special requests (dietary, mobility, etc.)

Step 3: Confirm Availability & Details
Once we receive your request, our team will:
- Check availability
- Confirm pricing
- Answer your questions
- Send you a detailed itinerary and invoice
Step 4: Secure Your Booking
To confirm your reservation:
- Pay the required deposit (typically 30% of the total trip cost)
- Complete and sign our Booking Agreement and Travel Waiver (sent via email or online portal)
We accept payments by bank transfer or secure online payment gateway.
Step 5: Final Payment & Travel Documents
- The final balance is due 45 days prior to your departure date.
- Upon full payment, you will receive:
- A digital travel pack (itinerary, accommodation details, packing list)
- Emergency contact information
- Travel insurance options (if requested)
Important Notes
- Passports: Must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
- Visas: We’ll advise if a visa is required for your destination.
- Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended and available through our partners.
